Saving Lives Through Donation: Scout's Honor Rescue

Scout's Honor Rescue is near and dear to our heart! They rescues animals from city pounds, including animals from Houston's local animal shelters. We are so proud to donate to them this May! Learn more about Scout's Honor below!

About Them:

Scout's Honor takes in animals living on the streets. They don't limit their program to healthy animals or particular breeds and often save animals from abusive situations. Scout's Honor provides these beautiful creatures with a second chance to be placed in loving, forever homes so that they can receive the love and attention they deserve!

Fun Fact: Scout's Honor has rescued over 2,500 animals and currently has over 80 dogs and cat in their program.

This month, we want to focus on one special dog, Jasper (pictured below, to the left). He is such a good boy, but has been in a foster home since August. He needs his forever home and JSL is proud to be able to help him and so many others at Scout's Honor this month.

Why We Donate

At JSL, we always look for the most dedicated animal organizations out there. We chose to donate $1,000 to Scout's Honor because of the work that they do. They have given so many animals a better life at their rescue. They really stride to provide love, care, and safety until each and every animal finds their forever home.

Their staff is phenomenal at giving these animals the best life possible!
