Wholesale Policy
1. Wholesale Application Process:
- Prospective wholesale partners must fill out our Wholesale Form below.
- Upon receiving the application, our team will review it within 1-2 weeks.
2. Minimum Order Requirements:
- We require a minimum initial order of $500 for all wholesale purchases.
- Wholesale partners must give JSL a minimum of 30 days notice for order deadlines. JSL cannot rush large wholesale orders and this will be strictly enforced.
3. Pricing:
- Wholesale prices are listed in the Wholesale Catalog provided upon approval of the application.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Discounts on select items are available for bulk item orders.
4. Payment Terms:
- Payment must be made in full prior to shipment.
- We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and Google Pay.
- Wholesale orders are not tax free.
5. Shipping:
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale buyer.
- We ship domestically and internationally.
- Shipping times vary depending on location and order volume.
- JSL is not responsible for any shipping delays by the carrier.
- JSL does not cover any shipping or custom taxes or duties.
6. Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted for any reason.
- Wholesale Orders are 100% final sale.
7. Custom and Design Your Own Orders:
- Custom orders may be available upon request.
- Custom orders require a minimum quantity and may have longer lead times.
8. Exclusivity:
- We do not offer exclusivity agreements at this time.
- We reserve the right to sell to other retailers in the same geographic area.
9. Agreement Termination:
- Either party may terminate the wholesale agreement with 30 day written notice.
- Any outstanding payments or obligations must be settled upon termination.
